Delete your account
Every Goal Kuchick player has a game account: a guest account made when the game first starts, which you can link to Google Play Games, Game Center or Sign in with Apple. You can delete it at any time.
In the game (straight away)
- Open Goal Kuchick and go to Settings.
- Open Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted at once, and the game starts again as a new guest.
By email (if you can't open the game)
Email support@goalkuchick.com with the subject "Delete my Goal Kuchick account". To help us find your account, include your player ID (shown in the game under Settings > Account) or your Google Play Games or Game Center name. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- your player ID and the Google Play Games, Game Center and Sign in with Apple IDs linked to it;
- your street name;
- your cloud save: story progress and game settings.
With Sign in with Apple, we also withdraw the game's access to your Apple ID.
What is kept
Nothing from your account. Our match server host may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses and connection times) for security, which expire on their own. If you asked by email, we keep that email exchange as a record of your request. Uninstalling the game removes what it saved on your phone, but it does not delete your account, so delete it as above if you want it gone.
